InDiCu, values and respects the privacy of Registered Users or any other person visiting or exchanging information with our website(s). As a Registered User, you have also agreed to, and are subject to, the Terms and Conditions, which incorporate this Privacy Policy. If you are not a Registered User, by visiting our Site(s) you agree to the collection and use of your data under the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, share and protect personal information provided by Clients, Registered Users or any visitor to our Site(s). Any breach of this Privacy Policy by a Client or a Registered User may result in termination of usage rights.
This Privacy Policy applies to data and personal information supplied by individuals about themselves in their capacity as (i) natural persons who are Registered Users, as well as (ii) visitors to any Site(s). We refer to all such persons as “Individuals”. By registering on a Site or making use of any services available through the Site, each Individual gives their consent to the processing of personal information concerning the Individual as outlined below. By using our Site(s) in any capacity, you agree to the Privacy Policy in force at that time.
Personal information collected
InDiCu collects information voluntarily provided by Individuals during the User Registration process. Such information will be complemented by additional information generated through interaction with the Site(s), through correspondence, in connection with potential or actual participation in any project or any other interaction with InDiCu and Registered Users. This will include personal information such as, but not limited to, username, contact details (including email address, instant messaging etc.), skills, expertise, experience, InDiCu Project participation or other contributions. InDiCu may also obtain certain information from third parties including, but not limited to, suggestions on potential prospective advisors provided by existing Registered Users or other third parties.
This Privacy Policy collectively refers to the information collected by InDiCu and our fiduciary about you as „your information?. This includes the personal information that allows you to be uniquely identified.
Registered users should only give out their personal and payment information to our fiduciary. It is agreed by contract between the fiduciary and InDiCu that the fiduciary will under no circumstances disclose the experts identity to InDiCu.
Use of your information
InDiCu uses your information to facilitate and process your participation in Projects and to contact you about past, current and potential future Projects. In addition, we use the information we collect about you to:
- provide your information to facilitate payments owing to you;
- monitor, improve and develop our business/offering to you;
- inform you about services offered by InDiCu;
- send you direct (e)mail such as project proposals, offers, requests or notices from InDiCu;
- be supplemented with information received from third parties;
- share with any associated third parties or suppliers that process data on our behalf both nationally and abroad for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
- InDiCu may allow transfer of information between InDiCu and Registered Users; for example, by allowing a Registered User to refer a friend or colleague as a potential prospective advisor. Any Individual making use of such communication channels or functionalities understands that their personal information is available to the intended recipient party and InDiCu.
Disclosure of your information
Your information may be held by InDiCu nationally and abroad. Your information may also be transferred to and from locations nationally and abroad by our staff and third parties working for us.
An exception: Registered users give out their personal and payment information to our fiduciary. It is agreed by contract between the fiduciary and InDiCu that the former will under no circumstances disclose the experts identity to InDiCu, while InDiCu under no circumstances shall disclose the contents of your services to the fiduciary. The only mode of identifying you between the fiduciary and InDiCu shall be your user name.
This guarantees that
- There is no possibility for InDiCu to match your responses with your identity, guaranteeing you complete confidentiality of your responses. This holds true for InDiCu itself, but also any other third party that InDiCu might share the responses with.
- Equally, the fiduciary can not match your responses and identity, because he does not get the responses.
- At the same time, you can be personally paid for your services by the fiduciary.
- Apart from the disclosures in connection with the uses outlined in the section “Use of Your Information” above, InDiCu may disclose your information in response to any legal or discovery process required by law or any authority, to protect our rights or for the prevention or detection of a crime. Upon a partial or complete sale of InDiCu or upon us entering into a joint venture with a third party, we may disclose your information to such new business partners or owners who may then use your information in connection with their respective products and services. We may also disclose your information as part of aggregated InDiCu data which is not individually identifiable.
The following provisions with regards to disclosure of information apply to Registered Users only:
InDiCu may disclose your information to Clients regarding any Projects in which you participated (e.g. Proof of your experience and expertise to give advice);
InDiCu may share your information with non-client third parties for the purpose of promoting our business by displaying your information on our Site(s) and any other marketing materials, subject to your right to opt-out, as provided in the Terms and Conditions.
Your Right to know your stored information, Keeping your information current and Opt out
Users are entitled to request from InDiCu and our fiduciary their personal information being stored and processed. Individuals may request correction, deletion or blocking of any personal information which is incomplete, incorrect or has not been processed in compliance with this Privacy Policy or the applicable laws or object to direct contact by sending an email to privacy@InDiCu.com. To the extent possible and reasonable, third parties that were provided with such information will be informed about any such request relating to correction, deletion or blocking. Please note that under applicable legislation InDiCu is entitled to make provision of an Individual’s personal information subject to proof of identity and a charge for complying with such requests.
As a Registered User you are required to protect your real identity, which you warrant to be anonymous as per the Terms and Conditions. You may review the information you have provided and update such information at any time by logging on to your dashboard on the Site(s).
Any Individual wishing to unsubscribe altogether from our services should contact "mail to:unsubscribe@InDiCu.com". Unless agreed otherwise, Individuals who have unsubscribed shall cease to be a Registered User and may no longer use the Site(s) or any of the services provided by us. To the extent possible and reasonable, we will cease contacting Individuals who have unsubscribed, but will retain their information for a reasonable period or as long as required by applicable legislation. You should also note that we may require retention of certain information to prevent fraud or for any legitimate purposes subject to any and all such retained information continuing to be subject to this Privacy Policy you have previously agreed to.
Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and therefore have measures in place to minimize abuse, unauthorized access, loss and unlawful processing. However, we cannot guarantee the security of our servers, transmissions between your computer and our servers, or information provided to us or any third party via our Site(s). We therefore remind you that you are acting at your own risk with respect to any and all information you supply to us or generate through interaction with us.

Such sites are not controlled by us and are not covered by this Privacy Policy independent of whether or not we have any affiliation with them. Changes to this Privacy policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice and any such changes will take effect from the time the revised version is available on the Site(s). We therefore ask you to bookmark and periodically review this page to ensure your understanding of, and agreement with, the Privacy Policy in force at any one time.
We will equally ask you to agree to this Privacy Police every time you participate in a project, equally as the Terms and Conditions, to assure you are aware of the most recent version in vigor.
